Delivery terms and payment methods

General information about the online store

The products of this online store (www.mikomako.com) are designed and sold by MikoMako Oy, VAT number FI33286332.

The prices of all products include VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices, delivery costs, delivery terms and times. The customer must familiarize themself with these delivery conditions before ordering.

 

Ordering

Products are ordered from www.mikomako.com through Shopify online store. When ordering from our online store, the customer is required to familiarize themself with the terms and agree to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

The customer receives an e-mail confirmation of the order which states the price of the ordered products and delivery costs. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.

For questions related to the order, you should primarily contact the online store administrator.

 

Payment

Ordered products and shipping are paid when ordering. We are currently delivering only to Finland.

Payment methods in MikoMako's webstore are Paytrail and Shopify Payments. Paytrail's payment methods are bank payments (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki) and card payments (Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard). Shopify Payments's paying methods are card payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

 

Payment service provider (Paytrail Oyj)

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Delivery methods

  • Posti's small package to the mailbox €4.90
  • S package - delivery to the nearest pick-up point €5.90
  • Postal package to the post office or to the machine €7.90
  • Free delivery to orders over 80€ 

You can choose the most suitable delivery method at checkout. Please note that the available delivery methods depend on the content of the shopping cart. At the checkout, you can see all the different delivery methods with their prices, and choose the option that suits you best.

 

Delivery time

The order is sent to the customer as soon as possible, normally within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) from placing the order. The delivery time of the products is about 5 business days (within Finland) depending on the chosen delivery method.

 

Exchange and return conditions

All products have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978).

The right to exchange and return only applies to unused and salable products.

You must always send a return notification to hello@mikomako.com before sending the product back.

Please indicate the following in your message:

  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Your name, address and phone number
  • Reason of returning

In cases of returns, the refund is made to the payment method used in the order.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Other product exchange and compensation costs are agreed after the product has been returned and inspected.

Not picking up the order is not a return. The customer always has the obligation to pick up the package on time! The customer is always responsible for the extra costs of a package left uncollected.

 

Problem situations

If the product has been damaged in transit or is lost, please contact our customer service by email at hello@mikomako.com as soon as possible. Notification of a damaged product must be made within 14 days of receiving it.
